Q: Are you a doctor? A: No. You should not consider anything on this site to be a medical treatment. I do have experience working with traditional medicine (clinical pharmacist) and have worked with what used to be one of the largest integrative cancer clinics in America (no longer in existence). Information on this site comes from my experience and personal research. I try to present information based on the following mindset: "What would I do if I had (fill in the blank) cancer?" Mostly what I will point you to is educational resources that will help you take ownership of your treatment program. Q: What's the most important thing I should do, now that I have been diagnosed with cancer. A: If you are a spiritual person pray for guidance. If you are not a spiritual person...pray for guidance. Q: OK, besides pray... A: Take charge! Do not give your health decisions away to an "expert." Find practitioners who respect your questions and decisions. If they "blow you off," as if you are an ignorant nobody...fire them. I would say that ownership of the treatment process by the patient is the main common denominator of patients who do the best. Many of these patients do use some form of traditional therapy, but only after researching its effectiveness vs. not using it. Try not to have a pro-alternative or pro-traditional mindset. Concentrate on what offers you the most benefit based on your research. And remember, there are people who have beat the very cancer you have. It can be done. You need to be equipped with the best information. For that, there is nothing better than ordering a Moss Report for your particular cancer. Click here for more information. Q: Do you do phone consultations? A: Not right now. Perhaps one day. Ralph W. Moss, Ph.D. does offer phone consultations. Read more about Dr. Moss here. |
